Covid 19 Arrangements in Cyprus
As of the 9th June 2020 The Republic of Cyprus has reopened to Tourists. There are restrictions. To date, some countries are still excluded from the lists of countries from which visitors will be permitted entry to Cyprus.
The re-opening of Cyprus is in two initial and main stages. Stage 1 is now passed and restricted entry to Cyprus to a relatively narrow band of Countries.
Stage 2 commenced on 20th June 2020 and is still the current Stage. Under this stage countries are Classified under A, B and C Status.
Visitors from Category A countries may enter Cyprus and are only required to Complete the necessary entry paperwork to obtain a CyprusFlightPass and to make a solemn declaration.
Category B Visitors must have undertaken a laboratory test by a recognized laboratory at least 72 hours before their departure and they must carry a Certificate showing a negative PCR for the COVID-19. They must also complete the necessary entry paperwork to obtain a CyprusFlightPass and make the solemn Declaration.
Visitors from Category C countries are not yet welcome except in a limited number of exemptions. A Country's ranking can change depending on the perceived Containment and Management of the Coronavirus in those countries.

The Category A and B Countries are listed below. Bulgaria's status is under review following the arrival of several visitors who tested positive in random tests at the airport and will be demoted to Category B status from Monday 29th June 2020.
